Full Description

We are seeking an experienced Piping General Foreman to oversee large industrial construction projects. This is a traveling role, with the expectation that the foreman will be on-site during the week and return home every weekend. Ideal candidates are based in North Carolina or surrounding states. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise piping crews on large industrial construction sites, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedule and workflow • Enforce compliance with safety protocols, codes, and project specifications • Mentor and lead field personnel, fostering teamwork and accountability • Report project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions proactively Qualifications: • Proven experience as a piping foreman on large industrial projects • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel weekly and manage multiple crews on-site Benefits: • Competitive pay • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan • Paid time off (PTO) • Travel accommodations provided
