We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mechanical Construction Project Executive to oversee large-scale commercial mechanical projects across multiple locations. This leadership role manages field and office teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field teams on multiple mechanical construction projects • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for large commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems • Collaborate with clients, trade partners, and executives to ensure alignment on project goals • Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and project profitability • Travel extensively to supervise project execution and maintain client relationships Requirements: • Proven experience managing large commercial mechanical construction projects • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability and willingness to travel and be on-site as needed Benefits: Competitive salary, performance incentives, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and career growth.
