Senior Mechanical Project Manager 📍 Houston, TX Travel throughout Texas If you’ve successfully led $5M+ mechanical projects and know how to drive HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes from precon through closeout — this is worth a look. We’re partnered with a respected mechanical contractor expanding their Texas operations and looking to add a Senior Mechanical Project Manager in the Houston area. This is a leadership seat. High visibility. Real impact. What they’re looking for: • 7+ years of mechanical project management experience • Proven track record delivering $5M+ commercial, industrial, and institutional projects • Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems • Ability to manage teams, subs, schedules, budgets, and client relationships • Comfortable traveling throughout Texas as projects require What you’ll be doing: • Oversee full lifecycle execution from preconstruction through closeout • Own financial performance and job cost control • Lead coordination with field leadership and clients • Drive schedule, quality, and accountability Relocation candidates welcome.
