Job Description We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects in the Houston area. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing commercial and industrial mechanical projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. • Manage project budgets of $10M+ and coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors. • Lead project teams, including field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project execution. • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure scope, quality, and expectations are met. • Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience managing large mechanical construction projects in commercial and/or industrial spaces. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets of $10M+ and multi-disciplinary project teams. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems installation. • Experience with design-build, plan-spec, or GMP project delivery methods preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
