Position Summary The Special Projects Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fast-paced commercial construction projects ranging from tenant improvements and building upgrades to facility reconfigurations and adaptive reuse. Projects are typically under $5M and require a high level of organization, client communication, and flexibility. This is a client-facing role based in Seattle, WA, with an expectation of occasional on-site presence and local travel.
