This position works Monday-Thursday; 1:45pm-11:45pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Reads, understands, and accurately follows Job Ticket Instructions, completes job ticket paperwork and obtains proper approvals. • Sets up and adjust layouts to match data proofs, diagnose and troubleshoot errors and start up and shut down the production line; if changes are made ensure proper approvals are performed. • Check machine for proper working order and make adjustments if machine is not functioning correctly; call Maintenance if needed • Verify job duties with production assistants; provide verbal instructions to tasks that needs to be done differently, ensure understanding of expectations • Ensure the product meets customer specifications and perform quality checks as needed • Communicate efficiently and effectively with teams and completes end of shift production reports. • Other duties as assigned
