What you DO Project Management Lead, plan, and manage complex cross functional projects identified by the COO, ensuring timely completion with clearly defined outcomes Maintain a centralized project tracker with weekly updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership Identify potential risks such as vendor delays or equipment maintenance issues and develop mitigation strategies Coordinate change management activities for new processes, technology implementations, or operational transitions Serve as the central point of communication between operations, finance, IT, and external partners Business Analysis Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across operational areas Gather, document, and manage business requirements, translating COO directives into clear functional specifications Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure initiative performance and support executive decision making Support new system implementations and ensure solutions align with operational needs Assist the COO during onboarding periods through rapid data gathering, analysis, and organizational assessment What you BRING Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Business Analytics (or a proven track record of learning ability) Experience supporting C level or senior leadership Strong financial understanding with the ability to build and analyze business cases and ROI models ABOUT US Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is a growing network of outpatient imaging centers committed to delivering exceptional diagnostic services to patients and their referring providers across Texas.
