Job Details Job Location: Diablo Country Club - Diablo, CA Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly Description The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and pristine condition of the club's facilities and grounds. This position requires dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the clubs common areas, and amenities. Reporting Relationship: Facilities Maintenance Manager Work Performed • Perform thorough cleaning, dusting, and tidying of restrooms and common areas, adhering to the club's standards. • Replenish amenities and supplies throughout the club and club grounds. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all club areas, including fitness centers, dining areas, locker rooms, and other assigned areas. • Report and address any maintenance issues or repairs needed, contributing to the overall upkeep and safety of the club facilities. • Assist in laundry services ensuring a steady supply of clean linens and towels. Qualifications Minimum Requirements for Position: • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in cleanliness and member experience. • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed. • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a high-end hospitality environment preferred. • Must be able to speak some English to communicate with Staff and Members. Physical Requirements: • Capable of standing and moving throughout the club for most of their shift. • Must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly. • Able to handle repetitive motions, such as scrubbing, polishing, and vacuuming, for extended periods. • Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.
