Full Description

Job Description: • Collaborate on strategy, planning and execution of new field sales tools including digital sales aids. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely development and approval of materials. • Collaborate with CRM, Sales Enablement, and Training teams to ensure integration of new tools and platforms. • Align with US HCP Marketing and Global Product Marketing for consistent messaging and campaign execution across all diabetes segments. • Maintain compliance and cross functional development alongside MLR/Veeva submission and approval processes. • Develop launch plans for new tools including integrating into new hire and ongoing training plans. • Support collaboration with US Marketing Events team to utilize sales tools and strategies for national and local events. • Track against KPIs to measure tool effectiveness and adoption. • Gain insights through field travel to digest feedback, evaluate tools, and message recall initiatives. • Partner with external agencies for ongoing evaluation and optimization of tools. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • 5 or more years of work experience in marketing or a related field • Experience developing sales/marketing tools for existing and new product lines • Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes for system and workflow optimization • Experience in developing and fostering relationships • Self-starter that possesses a high degree intellectual curiosity and drive • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment • Detail-savvy, organized and quick learner.
