As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The Role: As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, managing day-to-day service needs while building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people protect what matters most. What You’ll Do: Manage a book of personal lines clients (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries Communicate with carriers to market, quote, and bind coverage Provide clear, timely, and professional client support via phone and email Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative manner Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows Collaborate closely with producers and internal team members What You Bring: Active CA Property & Casualty insurance license (required) 5+ years of Personal Lines account management Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort working independently in a remote environment Client-first mindset with attention to detail Experience with AMS360 a plus Why Join DHW: Fully remote role with flexibility and trust Supportive, close-knit team culture Ownership over your work and client relationships Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow with a stable, independent agency Join a company where your skills and contributions make a real impact!
