Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Assistant Executive Director of our memory care community. This role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership to support the Executive Director in ensuring excellence across all aspects of care and community operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven assisted living memory care experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for serving residents and families. Key Responsibilities • Support the Executive Director in day-to-day community operations and regulatory compliance. • Oversee resident care services, ensuring the highest quality of individualized care. • Lead, train, and mentor care staff with an emphasis on teamwork, accountability, and compassion. • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster trust and collaboration. • Participate in budget management and contribute to operational decision-making. • Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements for assisted living and memory care. Qualifications • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas. • Prior leadership experience in assisted living memory care is required. • Strong understanding of state licensing standards and compliance requirements. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to balance clinical care with operational and leadership responsibilities.
