Level II Support Specialist (Lead Path) – Houston, TX Full-Time | Direct Hire | Travel Required Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) Overview DHI is seeking a skilled Level II Support Specialist to take point on escalations, mentor Level I techs, and support major onsite projects across Texas and occasionally other U.S. regions. This role is technical first, with a pathway into team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
