Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid - Texas (USA) About the Role We’re hiring a detail-oriented, patient-focused Clinic Administrative Staff member to support daily operations. This role ensures a smooth patient experience and supports providers with scheduling, EHR updates, billing coordination, and compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities • Assist with forms/consents and basic patient questions • Collect co-pays/payments; issue receipts • Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR; prepare daily/weekly reports • Coordinate with insurance, labs, pharmacies, and referral partners • Process claims support, insurance verification, and pre-authorizations • Track balances; send billing reminders (per policy) • Support inventory/room readiness (if on-site); assist with staff scheduling and vendor coordination Qualifications • HS diploma required; AA/BA in Healthcare Admin (or related) preferred • 2+ years in a clinic/medical office strongly preferred • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills • Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace • Familiarity with billing/insurance processes is a plus Compensation & Benefits • $41,600 – $52,000 annually • Benefits: health • PTO • Paid Holidays • 401(k) • Training & growth opportunities Schedule • Full-time, 40 hrs/week Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave Work Location: Remote
