We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property and Project Manager to support the day-to-day management of Dezerland Park Orlando, Florida’s largest indoor attraction. This individual will assist in overseeing property operations, tenant and leasing activities, vendor relationships, and repair and improvement projects within our commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate is experienced in commercial property management, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the commercial property. · Support tenant relations, including leasing inquiries, communications, and issue resolution. · Coordinate lease documentation and maintain accurate tenant records. · Oversee commercial repair and improvement projects from proposal to completion. · Assist in vetting vendors, obtaining bids, and conducting comparison analyses. · Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. · Collaborate with on-site teams, including maintenance, security, events, and janitorial staff, to ensure smooth building operations. · Conduct property inspections and follow up on required repairs or improvements. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. · Assist with permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance for onsite events hosted at Dezerland Park. · Coordinate with city officials, agencies, and internal teams to secure necessary approvals. · Ensure that events align with property use requirements and safety standards. · Assist with preparation of financial reports, proposals, and budgets. · Track operating expenses, vendor invoices, and capital improvement costs. · Provide updates and reports to leadership on project status and property performance. Requirements/Qualifications: · Experience: Minimum 3+ years of commercial property management experience required. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred. · Strong understanding of commercial leasing and tenant management. · Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with property management software is a plus. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale commercial environment.
