Dezenhall Resources, Ltd. is seeking a full-time Advisor with experience in digital advertising and hands-on media campaign execution to join our dynamic and growing team in Washington, DC or remotely. While this Advisor will be exposed to all elements of our client-facing business, the position will emphasize the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including native, programmatic, video, audio and more, to support the firm. Key Responsibilities Advisors at Dezenhall play a key role in supporting, developing and executing unique digital communications and advocacy strategies that achieve winning outcomes for our clients. Campaign Execution & Optimization • Setup, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms and channels • Develop and iterate on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign assets to maximize performance • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of KPIs • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to refine campaign effectiveness • Distill complex issues into resonant communications products, delivered through a variety of channels • Develop and maintain strong media and subject matter expert relationships • Project manage complex issue campaigns on behalf of account leads and senior staff • Effectively manage client deliverables, on-time and on-budget • Write effective and persuasive client deliverables, including messaging documents, research briefs, planning documents, opinion editorials, memos, and more Reporting & Analytics • Regularly report on campaign performance and key metrics to internal teams and clients • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data to optimize performance and inform future strategy • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient use of resources • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategy • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant data privacy, advertising, and industry regulations • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge Business Development • Assist the Dezenhall team in developing new business proposals and participate in potential client pitches and presentations Qualifications • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing and media buying or digital advocacy or campaign roles • Strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the evolving digital advertising landscape • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities • Strong writing and presentation skills • Understands the role of targeted digital paid media campaigns in conjunction with traditional public affairs tactics • Extensive experience developing digital strategy and tactical assets like landing pages, microsites, ads (display, social, native, etc.), and video content • Ability to distill complex concepts into clear plans, messaging, presentations and other work products • Excels in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines • Works well both independently and collaboratively • Demonstrates initiative, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills • Understand the ever-changing media and political landscape • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva • Proficiency in leading digital marketing platforms, including audience segmentation (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Audience Manager, LiveRamp), media buying (The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Google DV360, Meta Ads Manager), and campaign reporting/analytics (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau). • Ability to travel as needed Compensation & Benefits The salary range for Advisor is $75,000 – $85,000.
