Job Details Job Location WILMINGTON, DE Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Salary Range $60000.00 - $85866.00 Salary Travel Percentage Up to 50% Job Category Business Development Description Position Summary: The Business Development & Revenue Manager leads the execution and performance of DEXSTA's marketing, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a strong, collaborative leader who can drive measurable increases in membership, product utilization, and overall revenue through effective leadership, community and partner engagement, and modern digital marketing practices. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that expand the Credit Union's presence across the communities we serve, strengthening relationships, and promoting the full suite of Credit Union products and services. The Business Development & Revenue Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing, outreach, and development activities are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Follow all credit union policies, procedures, and requirements in addition to all state and federal laws and regulations, including Regulation CC, the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP). Educate members on various credit union policies, procedures and related laws and regulations where applicable. Works with various departments and vendors to implement and enhance products and services. Lead the Marketing Department to achieve the Credit Unions strategic goals including supervising and developing the Marketing Communications Coordinator. Organize public relations events and member functions, build community partnerships, financial education initiatives to strengthen DEXSTA's community presence. Manage the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with strategic objectives. Work collaboratively with the Executive Team, branch leadership and the Marketing Communications Coordinator to create and guide impactful digital content that increases community awareness and engagement for both members and potential members. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, website content, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. Analyze member trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to identify and create business development strategies. Conduct quality control on all marketing and communication materials to ensure a professional, accurate, and community-reflective representation of the Credit Union. Prepare periodic reports that reflect the department activity, progress toward goal attainment and the effectiveness of programs and promotions. Support marketing-related events, presentations and employee education or training. Lead the Credit Union Bright Ideas Committee. Other duties as assigned or required. Essential Functions: • Extended sitting of up to 70% of the time. • Lifting up to 20 pounds may be frequently required. Lifting up to 50 pounds may be occasionally required. • Bending and reaching above and below shoulder level may be frequently required. • Sound perception/discrimination is frequently required. • Continual verbal speech ability, color perception/discrimination and texture perception/discrimination is required. • Intermediate mathematical skills (calculations/concepts involving decimals and percentages). • Ability to analyze and collect data. • Excellent oral, written, communication, spelling, proofreading skills, computer skills, interpersonal skills and time management needed. • Strong problem-solving skills. • A flexible work schedule and travel are required. • A valid Driver's License is required. • Must be bondable. Qualifications Education and Training: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or a related field and /or equivalent job-related experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role. • Minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or business development management experience; credit union or financial industry a plus. • Experience in working with and assisting others in a professional setting. • Must be experienced leading a small team.
