Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture of high-traffic, customer-facing applications and complex payment systems. This role requires a deep technical foundation, the ability to drive strategic decisions, and experience integrating critical business systems like billing, CRM, and taxation platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for high-traffic B2B/B2C customer-facing applications and payment systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture strategies aligned with business goals. • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and API documentation. • Lead solution discussions in technical and strategic meetings, defending design decisions and aligning with industry best practices. • Oversee integration of financial systems including billing, payment gateways, taxation, and CRM platforms. • Ensure compliance, performance, and scalability across all integrated systems. • Guide the development team by converting solution specifications into actionable development requirements. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Architect in enterprise environments. • Hands-on experience developing or architecting customer-facing applications and payment systems. • Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and architecture best practices. • Deep knowledge of billing systems and financial system integrations. • Experience with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Familiarity with taxation calculation systems is a strong plus. • Strong API design/documentation skills (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience in FinTech, eCommerce, or Enterprise SaaS environments. • Ability to mentor engineering teams on technical design and implementation.
