Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst (Regulatory PMO) Location: New York, NY Hybrid Duration: Until Mar 2026 (Possible extension) Top 3 skills: 1. strong PM and analysis skills within the NFRR Security swap cap reporting space. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to bring other reports from outside the current group and migrating them into team. This involves analyzing the regulations and data of the reports and using data analysis skills to face off with the Report Owners. 2. Remediation items – across our portfolio require manage and execute the remediation of outstanding items across the Non-Financial Regulatory (NFR) reporting portfolio. The core goal is to ensure all required changes are clearly documented, prioritized, and implemented through effective collaboration with technology teams and report owners. JIRA helpful (pull queries in Jira) 3. Identify risk across portfolio strong PMO and communication skills Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a project management and business analysis within the financial services industry. • Proven experience in project governance, reporting, risk management, and issue tracking. • Demonstrated ability to manage and formalize project documentation, including minutes, action logs, and project plans. • Experience in creating and updating governance decks and management reports. • Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. • Understanding of data management principles and experience with issue tracking systems is highly desirable. • Experience in Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) or other regulatory reporting regimes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making within the context of Operations optimization • Experience leading AI implementation programs Competencies • Execution/delivery focus: A strong commitment to delivering high-quality PMO support and ensuring project success. • Organizational and program management skills: Exceptional ability to organize information, track multiple items simultaneously, and maintain clear project oversight. • Excellent oral and written communication skills: Capable of preparing clear reports, minutes, and presentations, and facilitating effective meetings. • Problem-solving skills: Proactive in identifying and structuring issues, particularly with data concerns, and contributing to their resolution. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting information and tracking project elements to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and individuals, fostering collaboration and clear communication. Education • Bachelor's/University degree. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
