Base pay range : $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Job Title: User Experience Designer Duration: 3 + months Payrate: $60 to $70/hr About the Role: We’re looking for a UX Designer to help create intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design seamless onboarding flows, portals, dashboards, and service tools that make a real difference in people’s lives. What you’ll do Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI in Figma. Translate research and insights into clear, user-centered design solutions. Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design. Contribute to the design system and support agile development. What we’re looking for 7 + years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio. Skilled in interaction & visual design; passionate about inclusive design. Experience with Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, and agile workflows. Strong communicator and collaborator.
