Position Summary: This role serves as the technical lead across endpoint technologies, providing architectural direction, governance, and technical leadership for Windows (MECM/Intune) and macOS (Jamf Cloud) platforms. The Senior Staff Endpoint Engineer defines standards, leads global engineering initiatives, and acts as the highest-level escalation point for endpoint systems. Where you come in: You provide technical leadership as the primary engineer across global Windows and macOS endpoint management platforms. You define and maintain enterprise endpoint architecture, configuration standards, and lifecycle governance models. You lead strategy, design, and optimization for MECM, Intune, and Jamf Cloud environments. You develop automation frameworks, scripting standards, and reliability engineering practices that enhance endpoint performance and stability. You oversee global patching, OS update governance, and enterprise image/configuration quality assurance. You drive complex cross‑functional engineering programs with Security, Networking, and Identity teams to improve platform performance and security posture. You mentor engineering staff and elevate global endpoint engineering capabilities through documentation, training, and best‑practice enforcement. You manage escalations for critical endpoint issues, guiding investigation, remediation, and long‑term corrective action. What makes you successful: You have 10+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint engineering in large or multi‑site global environments. You bring deep hands‑on experience administering and engineering MECM/SCCM, including application packaging, OS deployment, baselines, and software updates. You have experience leading teams or functioning as a technical lead, providing mentorship and escalation support. Your proficiency includes designing and governing enterprise standards, SOPs, and lifecycle management processes. You have hands‑on experience managing macOS environments, including imaging, OS updates, and hardware lifecycle support. You perform rigorous quality assurance testing of OS images, hardware models, application deployments, and configuration changes. You understand modern endpoint management principles including compliance frameworks, configuration baselines, and endpoint security. You bring strong troubleshooting experience across Windows OS, macOS, enterprise applications, hardware models, and desktop technologies. Your experience with identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID), Agile/ITIL frameworks, or endpoint-related certifications (Microsoft, Jamf, ITIL) is a strong plus. Travel Required: 5-15% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience. Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
