Responsibilities: • Service personal lines accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.) • Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, billing, and renewals • Process new business and renewal transactions • Communicate with insurance carriers • Maintain accurate client files and documentation • Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone and email Qualifications: • Personal lines insurance experience preferred • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment • Experience with Applied Systems EPIC is a plus Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
