As a Sales Manager, you will be a part of our dedicated workforce that provides commitment, quality of service and satisfaction to all our clients since 1929. Job Description: As a Summer Sales Marketing manager, you will oversee recruitment of door-to-door sales reps. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, set targets and ensure that goals are met. You will create month-end sales data reports, highlighting key performance metrics, such as volume, revenue and team performance. • Lead and manager door-to-door sales teams. • Develop and execute plans to increase lead generation and sales volume. • Create and refine systems to support sales objectives. • Train, coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve success. • Implement growth strategies to expand manpower and meet team goals. • Manage teams according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives. • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork and positivity. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Perform local travel, as necessary, to support sales efforts. Qualifications: • 2+ years of door-to-door sales experience, preferably in pest control or a related field. • Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching, training and motivating team members. • Strong understanding of scheduling and in-person sales techniques. • Professional presence and excellent communication skills. • Experience in creating and implementing systems for new agent development. • Track record of growing and scaling sales teams. • Knowledge of recruiting best practices.
