Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various digital marketing initiatives, managing projects, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for digital marketing. Duties • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our online platforms. • Coordinate event planning activities, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively. • Utilize QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking related to marketing campaigns. • Provide project coordination support by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. • Assist with office management tasks including maintaining a well-organized workspace and supporting team members as needed. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. • Manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as required. • Handle phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining financial records and processing invoices. • Provide executive administrative support to senior management, including proofreading documents and transcription of meetings. • Utilize Google Workspace for collaborative projects and document management. • Maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information. • Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on digital marketing preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous. • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading tasks. • Experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and calendar management is essential. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an executive support role is a plus.
