Support and sustain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, particularly in Quote-to-Cash and FSM domains, managing backlogs, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.

Job Title : Product Owner with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Location: Remote 100% Duration: Long term Job Type : Contract (We can consider only W2 ) Responsibilities: • Product Owner ownership experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically around Order Management, Billing, and QuotetoCash processes. • This person must have strong sustainment/postgolive experience (not just implementation) • excellent communication skills and the ability to manage governance prioritization release cycles, and multiple environments. • A blend of PO + light solution architecture is ideal but communication and stakeholder leadership are the top priorities. • Any Field Service Management (FSM) experience is a bonus Top Skills Details • Product Owner supporting an Oracle Implementation, ideally being involved in the sustainment effort 2. Must be an excellent culture fit- great communication, team player, personable, business minded with a technical background in Oracle 3. This Product Owner will lead the Quote to Cash as well as the Inspection Services domains. Will drive process standardization and automation opportunities within Q2C and FSM domains. Qualifications • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and related ERP/CRM systems. • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Order Management, Billing) and Oracle FSM for inspection and service workflows. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales and service processes. • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and work in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in sustainment or post-implementation support for enterprise applications. • 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform management, solution architecture, or application ownership. • Proven ability to balance strategic architecture decisions with operational platform management. • Strong understanding of business process design and system optimization. • Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations, reporting, and user access models. • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and cross-functional communication. • Skilled in developing strong relationships with software and service providers • Familiarity with change management, incident response, and ITSM tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Day to day: • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle ERP, Microsoft CRM, and Oracle Field Service Management (FSM) sustainment. • Own and prioritize the product backlog for Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end Q2C workflows, including quoting, order management, invoicing, and payment processing. • Manage sustainment activities for Oracle FSM, focusing on inspection and service workflows to optimize field operations.
