Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives aligned with CVS Health s digital transformation strategy. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on execution and strategic leadership within a large, matrixed organization. Responsibilities: • Lead large-scale digital transformation and technology modernization programs • Manage cross-functional teams across technology and business units • Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution • Partner with engineering, product, data, security, and infrastructure teams • Provide executive-level status reporting and dashboards • Ensure governance, compliance, financial tracking, and audit readiness Required Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience managing complex enterprise technology projects • Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives • Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership • Hands-on experience with JIRA and budget tools like Clarity • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies Preferred: • Healthcare / insurance / regulated industry experience • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications
