Your daily work • Solve complex challenges in the day-to-day operations of a hyperscaler's cloud backend and taking part in daily operations with strong focus on our end of life services (Hardware) • Work hands-on at the console— not afraid to get your hands "dirty" • Jump straight from insights to action by working directly at the console with technologies that power our platform. • Turn your operational know-how into real impact by joining project rollouts and helping launch new features and tools that evolve our cloud. • Ideally drive end-to-end automation using industry-standard automation frameworks • Collaborate in a team of specialists where open communication, trust, and mutual support are the norm Qualifications Your profile: • Must have: • Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training • 5–7 years of hands-on IT experience with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies – ideally Hardware related (Operational tasks including: upgrades, patches, Life Cycle Management Operational Tasks, bug management and incident management) • Strong Linux, Bash, and IT network fundamentals (ideally basic Openstack knowledge) • Excellent knowledge of physical and virtual networks, routing, and firewalls. • Extensive experience in infrastructure automation. • Fluent in written and spoken English • Ideally/Strong advantages: • Experience in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, APIs, or similar) — you automate everything you can to keep operations efficient • Experience with OpenStack and contributions to open-source projects are a plus • Personal skills: • Agile • Good problem handling • Precise • Team worker • High level of customer orientation and service mindset Think you've got what it takes?
