Job Description: Job Title Remote Reporting, Analytics, Innovation and Design (RAID) Corporate Title Associate Location Remote work opportunity for candidates living in AZ, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD ,MA, MI, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA Overview The anti-financial crime (AFC) team is accountable for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. The anti-money laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Investigations Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of a team of investigators within the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) program, including the associated policies, procedures and controls. AFC’s Mission is: To be a trusted and respected independent control function that aims to protect the Bank from financial crime risk and to establish a proactive framework to prevent, detect, investigate and report bank-wide financial crime risk events What We Offer You A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits Educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs What You’ll Do You will be a key player in the development, implementation and maintenance of a strategic reporting platform and framework for Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) using Hadoop, Hive and Impala along with Tableau You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a suite of operational metrics You will implement automated solutions and data quality controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, visibility and quality of data You will create, maintain & enhance regular, periodic & ad hoc MI reports and Tableau Dashboards You will keep abreast of new rules, regulations and reputation risks to develop, implement and revise current policies & procedures You will keep abreast of reporting technologies to drive efficiency and automation within the current AFC reporting landscape Skills You’ll Need Moderate work experience in the financial, compliance, legal, regulatory and/or data driven industry or comparable course work Experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau), Computer Science, database design, ETL processes, data mining, and statistical programming languages (e.g. SAS, R, Python) Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and teamwork awareness Experience working with AML or financial data systems Advanced knowledge of MS Access & Excel, including pivot tables, macros, filtering and sorting Skills That Will Help You Excel Utilize excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve data quality and operational issues while maintaining a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities Demonstrate strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset and adapt to a constantly changing environment Communicate issues effectively to Senior Management and work well under pressure within tight deadlines Exhibit detail-oriented organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
