Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business development - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer service - Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in order to effectively sell HVAC products and services - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the HVAC industry - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities - Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards We offer competitive compensation packages including salary, commission, and benefits.
