The Operations + Event Coordinator will support our Program Managers who oversee the logistics involved in producing events around St. Louis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales team, manage third-party services, and be the primary point of contact for our clients. Our Sales and Event team is all about creating unforgettable experiences and ensuring our clients are thrilled every step of the way. As our new Sales & Event Coordinator, you'll be the magic behind the scenes, helping our team deliver top-notch service. What We Do: We specialize in making corporate and convention groups feel like VIPs. Our expertise includes: • Event Décor and Design • Group Dining • Team Building • Activities and Experiences • Offsite Event Management • Entertainment and Transportation Operations + Event Coordinator Key Responsibilities: • Support the Operations Team on program management, including the below: • Client Care Extraordinaire: From contract signing to final billing, keep clients in the loop and manage day-to-day tasks, including: • Transportation Triumphs: Secure vehicles, create signage, manage manifests, and more. • Tour Guru: Book tickets, make reservations, and craft perfect itineraries. • Staffing Superstar: Handle scheduling like a boss. Provide all the necessary details and instructions to contract staff • Event Maestro: Manage vendors, oversee on-site setups, and ensure everything runs smoothly. • Venue Vibes: Keep the communication flowing with all event and program venues • On-Site Supervision: Oversee on-site coordination and management of programs with a keen eye. • Professional Networker: Attend professional organization meetings and participate in committees to stay connected. Sales + Event Coordinator Key Responsibilities • Support the sales team with marketing and sales projects, • Social Media Savvy • Proposal Pro: Assist in creating proposals and contracts, from opportunity discovery to event execution. • Presentation Guru: Creatively package presentations to showcase our services. • Relationship Builder: Develop and foster relationships with clients, hotels, and vendors. • Client Whisperer: Provide timely and accurate responses to client needs and requests. • Venue Scout: Research new venues and provide assessments. • Budget Boss: Learn to manage client budgets accurately and competitively. • Fast-Paced Fun: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and celebrate successes with the team.
