We are looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to our Yourgi team! LOCATION: Remote REPORTS TO: Lead Data Scientist PAY: $125,000 – $155,000 dependent on experience CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Snowflake and other sources. Build efficient data models and write DAX measures to ensure accuracy and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective visualizations. Optimize Power BI performance, including query tuning and dataset design. Document data sources, models, and processes in tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence. Participate in daily standups and sprint planning to align priorities and delivery timelines. Support ad hoc reporting needs and provide data-driven insights to internal teams. REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or research. 5+ years SQL DML expertise with Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL, Postrgres or other cloud data warehouses. 4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Power BI. 2+ years data warehouse modeling for OLAP databases or star schemas using dbt. 2+ years SQL DDL creation, data modeling, data design in RDMS. Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skills: Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. Understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance best practices. Extra credit for experience with ETL, FiveTran or cloud based data orchestration systems. Other: Travel is not required. Fast learner, self-starter, and detail-oriented. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods. Remote employees must be available during regular U.S. business hours and able to participate in Teams calls and communications.
