LOCATION : Fully Remote REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Integrations/Service Center Operations PAY: $85K-$100k/ salary CORE RESPONSIBILITES: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to manage the company's real estate portfolio to support business objectives. Lease Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage commercial leases, ensuring they are cost-effective and comply with regulations. Financial Management: Coordinate with finance teams to budget for real estate expenses and conduct cost analyses. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, human resources, and facilities management to ensure real estate solutions meet the needs of the company and its employees. Property Operations: Oversee the maintenance and operational aspects of corporate properties. Space Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of office and facility space. Project Management: Lead or participate in projects related to new locations, office redesigns, or company relocations. REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience: A BS or BA degree in a related field. Five years of professional experience in real estate transactions, or a similar field. Skills: Attention to Detail: Precision in handling contracts, lease agreements, and transaction documents is essential. Strong Communication: Clear and professional interaction with brokers, clients, contractors, and internal teams. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and property-related tasks simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve scheduling conflicts, maintenance issues, or compliance concerns. Professional Experience and Knowledge Real Estate Transaction Management: Familiarity with buying, selling, leasing, and closing processes. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of local, state, and federal real estate laws. Market Research: Ability to analyze trends and prepare reports to support strategic decisions. Technical Proficiency Real Estate Software: Proficiency in platforms like Yardi, CoStar, or Salesforce for managing listings and client data. Document Management: Skilled in compiling, organizing, and maintaining legal and financial documents. Marketing Tools: Experience preparing property marketing materials and updating listings online.
