Field Sales Representative – Auto Parts Company: Destin Auto Parts Location: North Jersey Area Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible as needed) About Destin Auto Parts Destin Auto Parts is a trusted and rapidly growing supplier in the automotive parts industry. We proudly serve retail and wholesale customers with quality products, competitive pricing, and exceptional service. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team and strengthen our presence in the market. Position Summary The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for growing sales within an assigned territory by visiting customers, building relationships, and promoting Destin Auto Parts’ full range of automotive products. This position requires strong sales skills, solid knowledge of auto parts (or willingness to learn), and the ability to work independently while delivering results. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing auto parts customers • Conduct in-person visits to shops, dealerships, fleets, and other accounts • Present product offerings, promotions, and solutions tailored to customer needs • Identify new business opportunities within the territory to drive growth • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Prepare quotes, proposals, and daily sales reports • Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up support • Stay informed on automotive product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends Qualifications • Previous experience in field sales or outside sales (auto parts industry preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Understanding of automotive parts or service industry is a plus • Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management abilities • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • Ability to travel within the assigned territory What Destin Auto Parts Offers • Competitive base salary • Ongoing training and development in automotive product knowledge • Opportunities for long-term career growth • Supportive and team-oriented work environment How to Apply If you’re a motivated sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you.
