Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals • Identify target markets, customer segments, and trends • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets Team Leadership and Management • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team • Provide behavioral based coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations • Foster a collaborative and motivated sales environment Sales Operations: • Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation and conversion • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs • Develop effective sales processes and workflows • Client Relationship Management Requirements: • 5+ years leading high-performing, virtual sales teams • Proven experience in implementing and managing a behavioral coaching model to drive team performance with a record of coaching sales teams to prioritize emotional connections with customers and understand the nuances of emotional-based selling • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others • Strategic thinking skills and a relentless drive to solve problems and overcome obstacles • Proficiency in sales software/CRM systems • HubSpot or Salesforce experience/proficiency preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or a combination of education and experience exceeding minimum requirements Why You Should Work Here: • Salary from 90,000-120,000 plus aggressive bonus structure • Unlimited Paid Time Off and Paid Parental Leave • Caribbean travel perks to reward high-performers • Fully remote work environment • Full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision • 401k with Company Match If you're a sales leader with an insatiable hunger for success and a burning desire to build something great, we want to hear from you.
