Senior Advisor, Management Information Join to apply for the Senior Advisor, Management Information role at Desjardins. As a senior management information advisor, you help extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization by developing and administering information systems. You analyze and adapt management systems based on the organization’s changing needs, lead and influence development projects and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors, and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of the field. You make recommendations on planning and executing operationally and conceptually complex projects that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you interact with stakeholders across many fields and must exhibit interpersonal savvy. You serve as expert advisor and subject‑matter expert, resource person, and coach for senior management and decision‑making bodies. Responsibilities • Foster an integrated management culture to improve overall performance. • Advise clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives. • Identify, analyse and diagnose issues, closely monitor business results, address major issues and make recommendations to decision‑making bodies. • Monitor and anticipate trends in your area of expertise to develop best practices for the organization. • Help develop and update overall performance indicators and measurement tools, as well as policies, processes and programmes that support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives. • Represent your unit before senior management committees and decision‑making bodies. • Represent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners and organizations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience. • Knowledge of French is required. • Interpersonal savviness and a strategic mindset. • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
