About The Role Are you passionate about helping others and solving problems? We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Support team. This is an hourly, full-time position that offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries efficiently and professionally, all while representing the company in a positive light. If you enjoy engaging with people, have excellent communication skills in English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do • Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other online platforms in a professional and timely manner. • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and providing accurate solutions to their problems. • Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies to customers. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary while maintaining a seamless customer experience. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. • Actively follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service. • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide optimal support. Qualifications • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patience when addressing customer queries. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently. • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication platforms (email, chat, etc.). • No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. • High attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough customer support. The Pay Range For This Role Is 19.21 - 32.29 USD per hour(Remote (Annapolis, Maryland, US))
