A well-established, growing design and manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand direct sales efforts across an assigned territory. This is a senior-level opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who thrives in a relationship-driven, project-based sales environment. Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing regional sales activities, and strengthening relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and strategic partners. This role requires a balance of business development, project oversight, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B sales within architectural, construction, or building-material-related industries, along with experience managing sales activity across a defined region. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a regional sales strategy to expand pipeline and improve close rates Prepare and review informal and formal sales quotes Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, marketing) to support project success Interpret specifications, review construction documents, and assist with project take-offs Track and report sales activity, forecasting, and bookings using CRM tools Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Negotiate contracts with customers, representatives, and distributors as needed Attend industry events and trade shows; follow up on qualified leads Provide market and product feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement Candidate Profile Proven success building and maintaining long-term client relationships Confident, consultative closer with a strong work ethic Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset Detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable traveling 25–50% as business needs require Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience 5+ years working directly with architects, general contractors, and/or subcontractors 5+ years managing sales activity across a defined territory or region Experience in industries such as architectural products, construction materials, or design-build environments Familiarity with commercial project lifecycles and specifications CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required (business, marketing, construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Comprehensive health benefits (multiple plan options available) Paid time off Flexible, professional work environment Opportunity to join a stable, growing organization with a strong industry reputation Additional Information Valid driver’s license required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Background check required Relocation assistance not available Direct Hire | Full-Time Remote | must be physically located in the Orlando market
