Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Monica, CA for a Sales and Design Specialist. The Sales and Design Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their design needs, providing expert design advice, and driving sales. The Specialist will also manage customer relationships, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain the showroom. Additionally, the role involves supporting and training junior staff and ensuring sales targets are met. Qualifications • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience • Ability to deliver effective Training • Knowledge of design principles and an eye for aesthetics • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred • Experience in the furniture or design industry is a plus
