So let's build something for the future together Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should possess a substantial portfolio showcasing their expertise in the digital realm, acquired through freelance or agency positions. Key Responsibilities: • Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and measurable growth • Craft compelling, conversion-focused content for ads and landing pages tailored to segmented audiences • Analyze performance data to uncover insights and continuously improve ROI through agile experimentation • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align messaging and growth priorities • Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, automation, and audience behavior to evolve strategy and execution Minimum Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn • Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute digital marketing plans independently • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and performance optimization • Strong command of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Exceptional communication skills for crafting persuasive ad copy and presenting insights • Proven track record of owning digital marketing outcomes in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment What We Offer: • Fully remote work arrangement: Experience the convenience and flexibility of a fully remote work setup. • Flexible schedule: Tailor your work hours to suit your personal needs and obligations. • Supportive work environment: Join a team that fosters collaboration and offers a supportive atmosphere for your professional journey.
