Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering, experience in building structural design, proficiency in Enercalc, Revit, AutoCAD, and understanding of building codes.
Overview We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a strong grasp of residential and commercial building design to support structural analysis, detailing, and construction documentation. This role requires hands-on experience in building systems design with the ability to collaborate effectively across architectural and engineering teams. Responsibilities • Perform structural analysis and design for residential and commercial building projects • Prepare structural calculations, reports, and construction documents • Develop framing plans, foundation designs, and structural details • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure integrated design solutions • Conduct site visits and respond to RFIs during construction phases • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and industry standards Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • Experience in residential and/or commercial building structural design • Proficiency in Enercalc (preferred) • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD (preferred) • EIT or PE license is a plus but not required • Strong understanding of building codes, load paths, and structural systems.
