We are a long standing Pediatric office and we are looking for dedicated Front Office Associates. We are a busy office with a passion for helping families, especially children. Our Front Office Associate generally serves as a first line contact for our parent and patient population providing the first impression of our customer service, it being the focus for this role. The position handles a variety of tasks such as taking inbound calls, booking & confirming appointments, appointment check-in and -out. The employee will work closely with other departments, also providing great internal customer service, in a supportive role helping to round out great patient care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Schedule and check patients in using PM/EMR system. • Answer a multi-line phone system, screen calls, take messages, and provide information. • Obtain, verify and update patient information and provide support services to patients and medical staff. • Verify insurance information. • Collect co-pays and patient balances. • Scan documentation into patient charts.
