Our mission is to empower dental practice owners with the strategies, systems, and leadership tools they need to grow their organizations successfully. We are seeking a high-caliber DEO Coach with executive-level marketing experience in a Dental Support Organization (DSO) or multi-location dental group of at least $25 million+ in revenue. This role is ideal for a former CMO, VP of Marketing, or senior Marketing Executive who has successfully scaled multi-location dental organizations and understands the unique marketing and leadership challenges of DSOs. Role Summary As a DEO Coach, you will work closely with high-growth dental entrepreneurs, providing strategic marketing guidance, brand growth expertise, and leadership coaching to help them scale their businesses. You will leverage your executive-level dental marketing experience to help DEO members implement best practices in brand strategy, digital marketing, patient acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of coaching, consulting, and strategic advising, helping members design and execute marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth across multi-location dental groups. Key Responsibilities 1. Coaching & Strategic Advisory • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to dental entrepreneurs on marketing strategy and execution. • Facilitate workshops and mastermind groups focused on dental brand positioning, digital strategy, and patient growth. • Develop customized marketing strategies for members based on their dental business models and market conditions. • Help members adopt data-driven approaches to marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel performance). 2. Marketing & Growth Expertise • Advise on patient acquisition strategies, digital campaigns, and local market growth. • Guide members in building scalable dental marketing teams and processes. • Share expertise in dental brand development, market expansion, and competitive positioning. • Provide insights into emerging dental marketing technologies, platforms, and best practices. 3. Leadership & Team Development • Coach dental entrepreneurs on how to lead and manage marketing teams effectively. • Support talent acquisition, training, and retention strategies for marketing roles in dental organizations. • Help members establish accountability systems and performance metrics for their dental marketing functions. 4. DEO Program Development & Engagement • Refine and expand DEOs dental marketing coaching frameworks. • Collaborate with fellow DEO coaches to ensure comprehensive support for members. • Engage in community forums, events, and conferences to share dental marketing best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have Experience: • Executive-level marketing leadership in a DSO or multi-location dental group ($25M+ revenue). • 5+ years as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or senior Marketing Leader in the dental industry. • Proven success in scaling dental marketing functions, driving patient acquisition, and building dental brands. • Deep understanding of dental marketing KPIs, brand strategy, and patient funnel performance. • Experience with budget management, campaign optimization, and scaling marketing across multiple dental locations.
