RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members. • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a smooth check-in process. • Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy and presentable. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies to ensure availability. • Maintain organized filing systems. • Support administrative functions such as processing cash receipts. • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS • Prior experience in administrative support or front desk roles with tax experience, ideally in a fast-paced office setting. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Associate degree preferred but not required. • Must be discreet and able to handle confidential information.
