Full Description

Job Description: We're looking for a Community Manager to join our team. You'll report to the Senior Director. You're a collaborator who combines creative content ideas with smart social media strategies to achieve our goals. You'll deliver ongoing thought leadership to our teams and clients by identifying problems and finding solutions. You'll deliver briefs full of insights, inspiration and updates based on creative feedback and help translate that work into social creative. You know how to find the insight and when to implement it. You understand our client's industry and category, and have a POV after auditing industry examples and trends, such as memes, formats, cultural insights, and new social platforms. You'll partner with the creative team to push creativity and make sure it aligns with the strategy. You'll build knowledge on the macro/micro forces that influence our client's business. Qualifications Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required Expertise in and love for the social space Excited by the internet, love that it's ever-changing, and understand how to apply this to clients Experience as the daily lead on client businesses and developing client relationships The hourly pay range for this position is $44.13 - $71.65. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
