Job Description: • Design and support end-to-end SFMC Engagement architecture for assigned clients • Translate client requirements into clear, scalable technical solutions • Conduct platform audits and health checks to uncover risks and optimization opportunities • Build, review, and refine automations, journeys, segmentation logic, and campaign workflows • Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, GTL, and API integrations (REST/SOAP) • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your assigned clients • Provide proactive recommendations and help clients adopt new features and best practices • Translate complex technical topics into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to client roadmaps aligned to business goals and digital marketing best practices • Create and maintain documentation such as solution designs, data flow diagrams, and architecture maps • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate when needed • Stay current on SFMC releases and ecosystem updates to improve client solutions Requirements: • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Proficiency in at least two SFMC languages (AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, GTL) • Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs • Strong understanding of SFMC architecture (data extensions, automations, Journey Builder, Contact Builder) • Two or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant, Developer) • Experience with SFMC Connector or similar integration patterns • Background in development or technical architecture • Experience working in a client-facing or consulting capacity • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through incomplete information • Ability to capture requirements and document workflows through discovery sessions • Understanding of digital messaging best practices across email, mobile, push, and related channels • Familiarity with compliance and deliverability (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Benefits: • Medical, vision, and dental insurance • Life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • 401k • Flexible paid time off • At least 15 paid holidays per year • Paid sick and safe leave • Paid parental leave
