The Dental Receptionist/Assistant we are inteserested in joining our team must have knowledge in the dental field. Must provide excellence customer service, managing front desk, scheduling appointments, data entry is a Must. and support office operation. • Greet patient warmly and check them in/out. • Answer phones and handle patients inquires. • Verify insurance benefits and update patient records. • Collect copyaments, balances, and provide receipts. • Maintain an organized and clean reception are. • Enter and update patient information in dental software (OPEN DENTAL). • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow. • Handle emails, digital forms, and office correspondence. • Follow HIPAA and office privacy policies. Qualifications • Dental front desk and customer services experience preferred. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Proficiency with dental software (open dental, Adit) • Comfortable working in a fast paced enviornment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Work Location: In person
