The Campaign Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the campaign, manage campaign strategies, organize initiatives, and ensure timely execution of projects. Responsibilities include developing campaign plans, coordinating team efforts, managing communication strategies, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring efficient fundraising activities. The role requires collaboration, leadership, and a passion for political campaigns dedicated to community engagement and positive change. Qualifications • Campaign Management and Campaigns experience, with a history of successfully overseeing political campaigns or similar initiatives • Strong Communication skills to represent the campaign effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders • Project Management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously • Sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to support fundraising and broader campaign goals • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools for campaign management and outreach • Passion for public service and a deep understanding of Wisconsin's social, economic, and political landscape
