Full Description

On-Site role Job Description: • Hours Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. with flexibility to work in other hours to accommodate other time zones. • Can be 100% remote. If in Milpitas or AA area, it will be Flex-Off (2-3 times a week in the office). • A Project Manager plays a crucial role in organizations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities: • Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resources. • Execution: Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, and manage risks. • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration. • Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders. • Problem-Solving: Address issues and adapt to changing circumstances. • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven track record in project management (SAFe Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide teams. • Organizational Skills: Effective planning, prioritization, and time management. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.
