Please visit our website for additional information www.demetermillwork.com Your opportunity to grow We are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team as we continue to experience growth. Responsibilities • Provide day to day support of project management staff for multiple projects simultaneously. • Work in tandem with Project Managers in all aspects of a project from hand off to engineering through, approvals, material procurement, fabrication, quality control, delivery, and installation using both union sub-contracted labor and non union in house labor. • Assist as client liaison, ensuring all project activities are delivered to exceed client expectations. • Work with team, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all site activities are performed in accordance with company policy. • Participation in business development activities including market development, estimating, and project scoping activities. Qualifications • 2+ years’ experience working for a millwork fabricator, furniture fabricator, or carpentry related subcontractor • Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines • Possess working knowledge of architectural plans, specifications, contracts with Owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents. • Familiarity with project management systems and processes • 4-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline is a plus Why work with us? • Fast growing, progressive work environment • Salary plus bonus opportunity • Opportunity to take the next step in your career
