The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies, delivering persuasive customer communication, coordinating sales campaigns, and providing excellent consumer experiences both digitally and in-person. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing partner relationships, and executing promotional efforts to grow the DemerBox brand. Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills for clear messaging and fostering positive client relationships. • Expertise in market research and analysis to understand market trends and consumer needs. • Proficiency in marketing strategy and sales to design and implement effective marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth. • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation. • Experience with digital marketing and graphic design tools, analytics, and content creation is a must. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
