Position Summary We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive end-to-end growth across the marketing funnel — not just top-of-funnel acquisition or ABM. You’ll lead strategies and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, optimize activation and conversion, and help maintain and grow customer relationships. You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and deep operations skills — ensuring marketing is not only creative but measurable, scalable, and revenue-aligned. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and external agencies (PR, creative, event). You’ll also manage marketing operations, reporting, experimentation, and optimization using modern growth tools like HubSpot and Apollo. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Full-Funnel Marketing Design and execute multi-channel growth programs across acquisition, activation, retention, upsell, and referral stages. Balance strategic planning with agile experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative optimization. Own messaging and value propositions tailored to different buyer journeys and personas. Test and scale new channels (e.g., SEM, display, content syndication, partnerships) to diversify the pipeline mix. Account-Based Marketing & High-Value Campaigns Lead ABM-style campaigns targeting key Retail & CPG accounts (ICP, buying committee mapping, personalized plays). Use account-specific outreach, content, webinars, events, and digital engagement to penetrate and nurture high-value prospects. Align ABM with inbound acquisition channels to build overlap and funnel synergy. Marketing Ops, Automation & Analytics Build, launch, and optimize workflows in HubSpot (email, landing pages, forms, sequences, lead scoring). Manage and maintain data hygiene and segmentation across HubSpot and Apollo (or related tools). Build dashboards and reports tracking funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → opportunity → close) and marketing ROI. Collaborate with RevOps to refine attribution models, forecasting inputs, and performance dashboards. Content, Creative & Channel Execution Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop high-impact content (webinars, guides, case studies, reports) that supports all stages of the funnel. Oversee external agencies (PR firms, creative shops) to extend reach, manage earned media, and support campaign amplification. Support event strategies — from promotion and attendee engagement to post-event follow-up and lead conversion. Sales & Customer Success Collaboration Align with Sales on target accounts, messaging, campaign timing, and pipeline goals. Work with Customer Success to create nurture and upsell programs tailored to existing customers. Provide regular analysis and insight into lead quality, conversions, and optimization strategies. Required Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or full-funnel marketing roles. Proven track record of generating SQLs and marketing-influenced pipeline in complex, often long-cycle environments. Strong operational credentials — hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, marketing automation, A/B testing, and campaign reporting. Excellent analytics skills: comfortable with data, metrics, experimentation, and making decisions based on performance. Experience working with external agencies (PR, creative, event management) and coordinating integrated campaigns. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
